Cancel contracts
You may cancel your Desivo subscription at any time before the next renewal. There is no mid-month or calendar-month-end deadline.
Ordinary cancellation
Ends the subscription at the end of the already-paid billing period. Service remains active until then and there will be no further renewal charge.
Extraordinary termination for good cause
Either party may terminate for good cause. Where the contract is classified as a mandate or a service contract not otherwise regulated, Articles 746 §§ 1–3 together with Article 750 Kodeks cywilny apply. State the good cause and requested termination date; receipt is confirmed immediately.
Contractual withdrawal within 14 days
In addition, you may withdraw from the entire contract within 14 calendar days after conclusion without giving any reason. This is a contractual right under Article 395 Kodeks cywilny and is distinct from statutory consumer withdrawal and subscription cancellation. To exercise this additional right, the declaration must be in written form under pain of nullity (“forma pisemna pod rygorem nieważności”): send a handwritten signed declaration to Pluco Group’s registered office or one bearing a qualified electronic signature to support@desivo.de. Services already supplied at your express request may require appropriate remuneration. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
